Waco Garrett decided he owns the water that God provides for Us FREELY! Waco Garrett is ignoring my water rights and has shut off my water because he doesn't approve me having farm animals especially kunekune pigs which are pasture pigs. Waco Garrett tried to extort money from me by forcing me into paying for water after I had shared the well with Mary Howell for 9 years. My water has been turned off and the wellhouse has been blocked with a tractor for one week, today is Oct 3, 2025.
