The superior county clerk on the 26th of September filed a PTO or TPO doesn't really matter! You only can file under one of those under three different categories and none of them cover your neighbor turning your water off illegally. A judge was able to see it right away and he dismissed it because it wasn't a stalking matter. She then asked me if I wanted to court date and I said yes so she got the paperwork together I didn't realize that she was forwarding the stalking documents forward to this new judge otherwise I wouldn't have wasted my time. I would have done something different. Anyway the judge today dismissed the case because it doesn't fall under stalking again today! This is what a for-profit corporation (all court systems, city, state, counties) operate like and the only thing the judge tell me is that if I wanted to get my water turned on I need to hire an attorney. I went to an attorney paid him $200 and I could tell by the questions he was asking me he was going for a lawsuit which all I wanted was my water turned on. Anyway today under distress I paid the water bill because I am totally wore out from carrying the water to take care of the animals.

I had a water leak this month!

I sent this text on Dec 18,2025 to Waco and he never responded.
Waco, I want you to take the $200 that I put towards repairs on Mary's water system and apply it to this month's fraudulent water bill and when we replaced the wood on the wellhouse plywood back then was running $75 a piece. I bought two of them and Mary paid for one I didn't have her pay for half of it because I knew she was on a fixed income. So I invested $150 in the wood and I want you to apply that to the water bill as well. That's not including the labor. I do not have a receipt for the plywood because I didn't know who I was dealing with my impressions were way better than what I was actually dealing with.
Dec 26, 2025 I woke up to no water. I gave him this check and told him that since he didn't respond I paid my property taxes and didn't have the whole amount, he agreed to take it and turn the water back on.
