Hello my name is Durenda Wood, I am 64 years old and I have made this website because I feel like I need a warn people about my neighbors (Waco Garrett, Anthony Clark, Jessica Clark and Mary Howell) because they really cannot be trusted. I can honestly say that because of their actions.

I bought this home 9 years ago and when I did Jessica Clark and Anthony Clark signed their water rights over to the deed because they were sharing a well with Jessica Clark's grandmother Mary Howell. We each had our own water system set up at the well that fed our own homes which actually worked out perfectly. There is a video proving this below!

Then 2 years ago one morning I got a phone call and it was Waco Garrett calling to ask me if my water was running because he had turned off the shut off valve that stopped a water leak in the well house. I checked and my water was running and so I drove over to the wellhouse to see if I could help with anything and I really couldn't. Waco Garrett stayed a little longer trying to get to the pipe that was under a floor of concrete and then he called a plumber.

When the plumber showed up to fix the water leak, I guess he decided to check the tanks on both of the well water systems and he told Waco Garrett, I guess because nobody discussed it with me until a few days later when Mary Howell called upset that the plumber had dismantled my water system cut the line to my home and then connected me to Mary Howell's water system without either of our permissions.

Yes, I was upset about that move the plumber made without my permission especially since it was working properly that morning and then Waco Garrett removed my water system without asking my permission. However, I have been through a lot with this family!

I have had vegetable gardens poisoned, fruit trees poisoned, grape vines poisoned, kiwi vines poisoned, as well as my strawberry garden. Anthony Clark was the one providing me with all those different poisoning events. About 4 years ago I asked Anthony if he knew what was going on because my garden had shown the same characteristics 2 years later when I was trying to figure out what happened to my garden Anthony Clark acted like he didn't know what was going on when he knew he had just sprayed the field.

I've even had all of my beehives poisoned and laying dead at the bottom of their hives on two different occasions and I knew it had to be someone spraying something but Anthony Clark had told me when I first bought the house that if he sprayed anything he would give me an advanced notice. So I took Anthony for his word that's why I didn't think it was happening from anyone right around me.

Two years ago I had this beautiful garden going and then one day I saw him out in the field spraying and then 3 days later I went out to my garden to pick various vegetables, everything had dried up to the point that it looked like it had not been watered in months. It was like a dehydration process to the live plants. I did call the sheriff and had a report submitted because this was really the third time, the second time just wasn't as bad.

Anthony Clark would also have chicken manure spread on the fields for fertilizer which I thought was great but that manure was mixed with all different stages of decomposing chicken carcases which I believe caused one of my dogs to die from a bacterial infection in the liver and my other dog got lock jaw eating some of that chicken. I had to wait till the next day to take her to the vet and her breath was rancid that even made the vet commented about the smell.

Anthony Clark knowing I had dogs and cats chose to cut the hay without warning me two years ago and I was gone when he started and he had made the first round on the field and my cat "Boots" who I rescued would always come running when I pulled up. I saw her coming towards the garage but not at the speed she normally ran. I stopped the truck and ran over to her and her back legs shredded from the hay cutter. I did not see anyway of saving either leg so I put her down. Now after telling you all of this never once has Anthony Clark ever said he was sorry for anything he has done. In fact when I told Mary Howell about the cat her response was not "Oh I am so sorry for your loss" no, her response was "what was your cat doing in the field". That was the moment I knew Mary Howell was the most evil old lady I have ever met and it told me that this behavior runs through the family.

I let a little time pass so I could process what she had told me and then I went to her and told her that she was never going to get another thing from me. I used to give her eggs, honey, fish, veggies, melons and sometimes cooked foods. If I saw her out unloading groceries I would go get all of her groceries in. While I am talking about me let me tell you that twice, not once, I saw Anthony was having trouble with his baling equipment and I hooked my trailer up and went out and helped load the square bales to beat the rain that was coming. the second time I had to get the trailer backed into his barn because that was how close we came to not beating the rain. Most family members wouldn't even do that for a relative!

NOTE: I do not have physical evidence of the things described above about Anthony Clark but my sister was a witness to probably 95% of it because she lived with me.

In fact, one time I went Waco Garrett's shop, S & S Auto & Equipment that is located at 964 Elbert St. where Blackwell Auto Service is located and there was a pitbull running loose and it bit my foot and one of its fangs went through my shoe and punctured the top of my foot. Well you would think Waco Garrett being a business owner and a neighbor would have called to see how I was but no, he didn't! More proof of the evil behavior pattern running through the family.

So after going through these past experiences I didn't cause a scene and demand my water system to be put back functioning to supply my home with water, I just went along to get along but at the time I didn't realize I was being set up for this time.

Something I haven't said is that a couple years after I've been living here Anthony Clark called me and asked me if I would be willing to give Mary Howell some money to help with the electric and I said sure. I didn't even think about it because if it had been on my property I wouldn't even of bothered getting money from Mary Howell because I know how little electricity a well uses. In November starting the year Anthony Clark called me I started giving Mary Howell $100.00 in cash and I never thought that I would need to get a receipt so I don't have proof that I paid her. What I gave her was an average of $8 a month.

However the year that I saw Anthony out there spraying and it did kill my garden I did not give her any money that year (2yrs ago) because of all the money Anthony Clark cost me in losses and the extra work that I had to do for nothing. For example, I had six or seven rows of corn that I had to pull up and not any of them produced one ear of corn. So no I didn't give Mary Howell any money that year and that is the only time I didn't pitch in after being asked by Anthony Clark.
